5] Shipment will be dispatched under insurance and will be insured by courier company subject to their policy. 6] Item will be shipped only after complete inspection to check quality as per discussions, which details and photos will be sent to buyer for confirmation for shipment release. 7] In case of any brekage and damage in shipping, buyer will be able to claim the amount from concerned courier company. 8] Company will not be liable for any delay in production due to Covid-19, Govt. holiday, riots, natural calamities, bad weather, craftsmen injury , whatsover related to this etc. 9] Courier damage claim for refund will be claimed by buyer only and processed by courier company as per their policies. Home Gloster has no interest, interfere in this subject. 10] Home Gloster follows "Good faith policy" Once shipment will get ready in factory, Buyer will be informed and gets a maximum time of 15 days from the date of information. If still buyer not clears the balance payment and pickups the shipment then Afterwards shipment will be sent decomposition to clear the pendings and dues. And still the outstanding balanced amount will be imposed on buyer. 11] Once shipment will get ready all final photos & videos will be shared to buyer. Buyer has to check all details and confirm the shipment for dispatch. 12] Replacement Policy: Other then courier damage if any manufacturing defect such as dent, finish issue, fitting related issue or something related to the concern comes. Craft Looks may agree for the replacement. The replacement cost of product will be beared by Craft Looks excluding shipping of sending & receiving of item during replacement. 13] All legal matters will be subject to Moradabad jurisdiction Only. 14] In case of amount refund. Refund processing time will be 20 business working days. 15] Craft Looks is a manufacturing company. All digital photos are for reference & actual photo may vary in terms of finish & look subject to ordered size, finish discussed by buyer during order placement. Once product wil get ready kindly check final photos and video properly and after that confirm for dispatch. 11] Products once made will not be changed or replaced by any other product. 3] Amount will be non refundable, adjustable or transferable. 4] Matters, duties related to shipping will be directly chargeable through concernced couriers, shipping/transport company.
